Can Self Regulation Cut through the EU's Red Tape?
Friends of Europe have produced an excellent report on a debate they organised on the theme of the role self-regulation in cutting red tape in the EU. Mr. Marco Sorgetti participated in this debate on behalf of CLECAT and drew the attention of the participants  to CLECAT's propsoal for the European Accreditation of Customs Representatives.
