ELP SUMMIT: LOGISTICS IN TIMES OF TRANSITION

The European Logistics Platform (ELP) is organising its first major event under the new term of the European Parliament. Taking place on the 11th of September at the Residence Palace in Brussels, the event, titled "Logistics in Times of Transition," will bring together leading voices from logistics, transport, and policy to tackle the industry's most pressing challenges and opportunities.

The event will bring together prominent figures from across the logistics and transport sectors, including Magda KopczyƄska, Director General of DG MOVE, Katharina Tomoff, SVP Global ESG at DHL, Sophie Punte, Founder and CEO, Life-Links, Paul Walter, Strategy Director of Digitization at the Port of Rotterdam and Dr. Frederik Zohm, Executive Board Member for R&D at MAN. Additional speakers from the European Parliament will be announced soon.

The ELP is a platform for dialogue between policymakers and actors in the supply chain. From freight and logistics operators to ports, terminals, and the retailers and manufacturers reliant on efficient logistics services, the ELP's mission is to foster open debate and collaboration across the industry. Through events like this, the ELP aims to address key issues such as digital transformation, sustainability, trade, and access to skills, working towards practical solutions that benefit both industry and society.
