The "Decalogue" was produced by ACEA, CLECAT, Eurocommerce, EEA, ESC and IRU. This document aims at identifying the ten top priorities for a successful future of EU freight transport policy. We are of the opinion this distilled priority list is worth reflection and further elaboration in the perspective of the EU's future transport strategy.
